Job Profile Candidate will be responsible for Selling IIT/JEE/Neet courses/test prep/study materials to students and parents. Meeting them personally.
Education Graduation degree mandatory
Location Pune / Mumbai / Lucknow / Dehradun / Ahmedabad / Surat / Ranchi / Jaipur (Can apply for any 1 location)
The ability to work independently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
Responsibilities Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customersto accomplish organic growth.
Communicate company products and services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.
Achieve weekly and monthly goals.
Be a self starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
  Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-diectional.
  Remain knowledgeable about all organization’s products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  Completing input numbers on daily basis and taking up revenue responsibility.
  To research and analyze the customer’s requirements and present best solutions.
  Keep abreast with Extramarks latest offerings and best practices.
  Research key customer wants and needs.
Experience 6 months to 5 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development mandatory
  Candidate should be ready for WFH till lockdown
  Experience from- Unacademy, Akash Digital, FIITJEE, Vidya Mandir Classes,
  Any other Edtech which is into IIT/JEE/NEET course selling
Shift timings 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (day shift)
Salary ₹3.0 Lac to ₹7.0 Lac (annually)
Weekly Off 6 Days Working (Note:Any One day in a week will be off)
Age Between 21 years to 40 years
